万寿菊属F1杂种优势分析

Analysis of F1 Heterosis on Marigold Genus

摘要: 选用万寿菊A、B、C3个雄性不育两用系与95个万寿菊和孔雀草自交系杂交,测定F1的株高、花径、冠型指数和分枝能力,并进行超中优势和超亲优势分析,通过F1各性状超亲优势的综合评价,选择出各雄性不育系恢复性强的自交系。结果表明,3-1、4-1和32-1综合优势值最高,可作为"两用系"A的恢复系,38-3、2-1、49-2综合优势值最高可作为两用系B的恢复系,33-2、43和48-1综合优势值最高,可作为"两用系"C的恢复系。

Abstract: Male sterile A ,B ,C of Tagets erecta crossed with 95 inbred of Tagets erecta and Tagets pautula,plant height.Flower diameter ,Capony index and Branch ability of their F1 and parents were measured and analyzed by mid -parent heterosis ;and super -parent heterosis.Synthetic evaluation of mid -parent heterosis and supper -parent heterosis of F1 showed that inbred 3 -1,4 -1 and 32 -1 would be as the restorer lines of male sterile A,inbred 38 -3,2 -1 and 49 -2 as the restorer lines of male sterile line B,and 33 -2,43 and 48 -1 as the restorer lines of male sterile C.
