摘要: 测定了19种化合物包括无机盐、有机物等,在添加浓度为0.1%,0.2%,0.5%和0.8%的剂量下对HBF-1晶体粉剂的增效作用。采用浸饲料饲喂法的方法进行试验,初筛结果表明:无类:MgSO4(0.5%,0.8%),CaCl2(0.5%,0.8%),MgCl2(0.5%,0.8%)等三种物质有显著的增效作用;有机类:柠檬酸(0.2%,0.5%,0.8%)对HBF-1菌株有明显增效作用。

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to study whether the synergism of crystal protein of HBF-1 was enhanced by add one of the 19 chemical substances including abio-salinity and organic compound to the crystal protein with the concentration (0.1%, 0.2%, 0.5%和0.8%). We do this experiment by feed on fodder, first bolting results showed that several compounds have remarkable synergism for insecticidal crystal protein of HBF-1 in different concentration. They are mineralincluding MgSO4(0.5%, 0.8% ), CaCl2(0.5%, 0.8% )and MgCl2 (0.5%, 0.8% ), and organic compound including Citric acid (0.2%, 0.5%, 0.8% )
