自交对甘蓝型油菜叶片SOD,CAT,APX活性的影响

Changes of SOD, CAT and APX of Brassica napus Infected by Selfing in Total Growth Period

摘要: 以连续自交四代的甘蓝型油菜品系03武291-2X和03武240-1为材料,以开放授粉为对照测定了S1,S2,S3,S4不同生育期叶片的SOD,CAT,APX活性变化。结果表明:在整个花期对照叶片的SOD,CAT,APX活性均显著高于自交后代,说明自交对常异花授粉植物甘蓝型油菜有一定伤害,避免过分严格的自交对于保持常规品种的优良特性是有益的。

Abstract: The SOD,CAT and APX differences between self2pollinaton materials and open2pollination materials weretested by using Brassica napus materials 03Wu29122X and 03Wu24021. The results showed that:the SOD,CAT,APX ac2tivity of the normal leaves were significantly higher than that of the self2generation;The self2pollination was harm to Bras2sica napus;It is useful to avoid strictly selfing for maintaining the excellent characteristics of conventional varieties.
