PCR技术在水产养殖动物病原微生物检测中的应用

摘要: 随着我国水产养殖集约化程度不断提高,虾类,贝类和鱼类养殖业受到病原微生物的严重影响。因此,如何快速准确预测和诊断水产动物疾病,成为当前水产养殖业十分重要而突出的问题。近年来,随着 PCR 技术的介入,带动了水产养殖动物病原微生物的检测技术快速发展。文章介绍了 PGR 及其衍生技术(RT-PCR,Reall—timePCR,免疫 PCR,套式引物 PCR,多重 PCR)的原理、特点及在水产养殖动物病原微生物检测中的应用,并对水产养殖动物病原微生物诊断技术的发展方向做出了展望。

Abstract: Withing the elevation of aquaculture scale in our country, Shrimp, shellfish, and fish farming suffered the serious efG",ct from pathogentic microorganism. So how to detect aqu.aic animal's disease lastly isvery important and exserted problem for aquaculture. Recently years, with the intervention of PCR, spuring thedetection technique of Aquatic Animal's pathogentic microorganism fast development. This article reviews theprinciples,characteristics and application of PCR and its current derivative techniques, RT-PCR,Realtime-PCR,Immunity -PCR,Nested primer -PCR,Multiplex -PCR in detecting for aquatic animal's pathogenticmic roorganism and make a prospect for the development of aquatic animal's pathogenic microorganisms diagnostic techniques.
