北海道特产小果树HASKAOP高效再生体系的建立

摘要: 北海道特产小果树HASKAOP具有很高的营养价值, 是重要的野生果树资源。但由于其是木本植物, 苗木繁殖周期长。因此对其节间培养及其增殖的条件进行了探讨, 建立了高效再生体系。结果表明:其最适宜的不定芽诱导培养基为1/2MS+BA0.5mg/L和1/2MS+CPPU0.15mg/L, 并且CPPU的作用强于BA;根系最适宜的诱导培养基为1/2MS+IBA0.5mg/L。生根率高达90%。

Abstract: Hokkaido specialty little fruit tree have quite supernal nutrition value, it is also an important wilding resource. But because the plant reproduce period is very long, So we did researches on the internodal tissue culture and the condition of proliferation, founded the high effect rebirth system. The results showed, the optimum medium for adventitious bud formation was l/2MS+6-BA0.5mg/L and l/2MS+CPPU0.15mg/L, besides, the effect of CPPU is better than 6-BA, the optimum medium for culturing strong roots was 1/2MS+ IBA0.5mg/L. The rooting rate was 90%.
