西方蜜蜂亚种间MDH同工酶的研究

Studies on MDH Isozyme among Subspecies of Apis Mellifera

摘要: 报道了西方蜜蜂(Apis mellifera)的三个亚种──意大利蜂(A.m.ligustica)、卡尼鄂拉蜂(A.m.carnica)和喀尔巴阡蜂(A.m.carpatica)成年工蜂苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)同工酶的基因频率、基因型频率、杂合度及纯合度。对上述结果进行的独立性检验表明,三个亚种间均存在着显着差异,这些差异正是它们遗传分化的具体反映。

Abstract: Experiments were carried out to analyze the allele frequency,genotype frequency, heterozygous degree and homozygous degree of the malate dehydrogenase (MDH) isozymes in three subspecies of Apis mellifera-A.m.ligustica, A.m.carrzica and A.m.carpatica. Statistical analysis showed significant differences among the three subspecies indicating that there was genovariation among them.
