南蛇藤嫩枝扦插研究

The Tender Branch Cutting of Celastrus Orbiculatus Thunb

摘要: 研究了三种不同植物生长调节剂 ABT、NAA、IBA 对南蛇藤嫩枝扦插的影响。结果表明:(1)南蛇藤属皮部生根类型,生根部位主要集中在下切口1cm 范围内;(2)ABT、NAA、IBA 均可提高南蛇藤嫩枝插穗的生根率、增加生根数,增加或者抑制根长、明显抑制侧根数,综合考虑,以 NAA 尤其是125mg/LNAA 处理,诱导生根效应最好。

Abstract: Effects of three different plant growth regulators ABT、NAA and IBA on rooting of tender branch cuttings of Celastrus orbiculatus Thunb.were investigated in the paper.The results showed that the cuttings of Celastrus orbiculatus,being of bark rooting type,took place from the cut to 1 cm.All three kinds of plant growth regulators can improve rooting rate of cutting,increase the number of new roots,increase or inhibit the root's length and inhibit the number of branch root.In general,treated with 125mg/L of NAA,Cuttings can get the best effect on the rooting of the cuttings of Celastrus orbiculatus Thunb.
