摘要: 西葫芦不同瓜龄和后熟期对种子质量均有影响。在3060d,瓜龄越长,种子的千粒重、单瓜产种量、发芽率、发芽势和活力指数越高;延长种瓜后熟期能明显地改善种子质量;在后熟期030d,随着后熟期的延长,种子的质量明显提高。瓜龄为40d,后熟期为10d的西葫芦种子,接近正常的种子质量标准,可作为生产上采种的重要依据。

Abstract: The f ruit age and the post-ripening period affect the seed quality, as the f ruit age leng thened (period of 30-60 days), the seedYield and the seed quali ty w ould be co rresponding raised.Post-ripening could improve the seed quali ty obviously.As the ripening day s increased, the seedYield and the seed quali ty were improved corresponding ly.The best seed quality and high seed yield could be achieved w hen the seed f ruit w as picked 40 days after pollination and w as lef t post-ripening for 10 days at least,w hich can be regarded as the g uide for the reproduction.
