银杏幼苗耐寒性及其他技术研究

Studies on Cold Resistance and Breeding Techniques of Ginkgo Seedling

摘要: 在冀南地区对银杏进行了播种时期、播种密度、遮荫效果、幼苗耐寒性等试验,结果表明,银杏适宜播种期为3月中旬,适宜密度为6万粒/666.7m2,为降低苗期辐射强度、提高幼苗的抗灼伤能力应遮荫20%~40%,并进行断胚根等技术措施;幼苗耐寒性试验表明,银杏幼苗可耐持续近冰点温度72 h,幼芽在-2℃ 1 h出现伤害,-℃全部死亡,初生叶在-4℃ 1h 14%死亡,-6℃ 1h全部死亡,发育叶-8℃ 1h 26%存活,-10℃ 1h全部死亡。

Abstract: Sowing time, sow ing density, shade effect and cold resistance of ginkgo seedling were conducted in south Hebei. The result show ed that suitable sow ing t ime was middle of March;proper density was 60000 grains/ 666.7m2;seedling could live 72h at 0℃, bud injured at -2℃ for 1h and dead at -4℃; new leaves were dead by 14% at -4℃ for 1h and all dead at -6℃ for 1h; growth leaves survived 26% at -8℃ for 1h and all dead at -10℃ for 1h.
