药食同源花叶类植物对高尿酸血症的功效及机理研究进展

摘要: 近年来,我国高尿酸血症患者明显上升且呈年轻化发展趋势。高尿酸血症是痛风、糖尿病、高血压等多种慢性疾病的重要枢纽。药食同源指既有食用功能,也有药用功能。花叶类植物提取物富含多种天然活性物质,具有饮用方便、药性温和的特点,在调控机体代谢方面疗效显著。基于药食同源原料目录、相关药典及Patsnap、CNKI、Web of Science数据库,筛选适合高尿酸血症或痛风患者食用的低嘌呤特色花叶类植物,并对其主要功能成分和功效进行了论述。旨为高尿酸血症患者日常生活中合理搭配饮食提供参考,引导人们健康饮食,有助于将血尿酸水平控制在理想范围内。

Abstract: In recent years, the number of hyperuricemia patients in China has increased significantly and the trend is younger.Hyperuricemia is an important hub of gout, diabetes, hypertension and other chronic diseases.Homology of medicine and food usually refers to both edible and medicinal functions.Flowers and leaves extracts are rich in a variety of natural active substances, easy to drink, warm medicine characteristics, in regulating the body metabolism of good efficacy.Extract of flowers and leaves are rich in a variety of natural active substances, easy to drink, warm medicine characteristics, in regulating the body metabolism of good efficacy.Based on pharmacopoeia, Patsnap, CNKI and Web of Science databases, this paper screened low-purine characteristic flowers and leaves suitable for patients with hyperuricemia or gout, and discussed their main functional components and efficacy.The aim is to provide reference for patients with hyperuricemia with reasonable diet in daily life, guide people to eat healthy, and help to control blood uric acid level in an ideal range.
