化学药剂诱导矮败小麦孤雌生殖的细胞学研究

Cytology of Dwarf Abortion Wheat Parthenogenesis Induced by Chemical Agent

摘要: 在隔离条件下,用化学药剂(成份:500 mg·kg-1对氯苯氧乙酸+100 mg·kg-1激动素+1.5%二甲基亚砜)处理矮败小麦子房。取材后做石蜡切片,观察子房的发育进程。结果表明,化学药剂处理的子房,不论横切还是纵切,开始时子房膨大,胚囊内细胞体积增大,随后,胚囊内的细胞逐渐解体,子房壁逐渐变薄,有的最后仅剩一薄层子房壁;有的靠近珠心内侧有胚乳细胞出现,但未出现胚。

Abstract: The ovary of dwarf abortion wheat was induced by chemical agent (500 mg. kg-1CPX+100 mg. kg-1KT+1.5%DMSO) under isolated field. The development process of the ovary observed by paraffin-cut section. The cells in embryo sac of the induced ovary, no matter cutting intersectingly or longisectingly were intumesecent at the beginning, then disappeared and the ovary wall became thinner and thinner. Finally, some of ovaries only had a layer of ovary wall while some formed a little endosperm cell near the nucella, but no embryo appeared.
