玉米品种(品系)对弯孢菌叶斑病抗病性分析

摘要: 玉米弯孢菌叶斑病在我国日趋严重,其主要病原菌为弯孢菌,用人工接种的方法对生产上常用的27个杂交种和46个自交系进行抗病性测定,结果表明,弯孢菌各菌株间存在着明显的生理分化现象,不同玉米品种间抗病性存在着显著差异,但没有发现免疫的品种和自交系,当前生产上推广的品种大多为感病类型。

Abstract: Curvularia leaf spot of maize, mainly caused by Curvularia lunata (Walk) Boed., is becoming serious in China. The disease resistance of 27 hybrids and 46 inbred lines widely used by the producers were analysed by artificial inoculation method. The results showed that there was distinct physiological differential phenomenon among isolates of C. Lunata. Meanwhile, significant differences of disease resistance also existed among different maize varieties, but none of accessions was immunity type. Most varietieswidely used in production were susceptibile types.
