导入外源DNA小麦蛋白质变异性的研究

摘要: SDS-PAGE分析外源蜿豆花DNA直接导入小麦体的种子蛋白质,结果表明:变异系小麦种子蛋白质组分出现广泛变化。小偃6号和超大穗小麦分别增加47KD、71KD和90KD、85KD蛋白质新组分,蛋白质含量也相应增加约22%和31%;“中国春”小麦却出现了92KD、82KD蛋白质组分消失现象,其蛋白质含量也稍有降低,这些变异现象在后代中亦然表达。因此基因直接转移技术是优质分子育种和品质改良的新途径。

Abstract: The seed proteins of variant lines of wheat into which exogenous DAN was directly introduced were analyzed via SDS-PAGE.The result showed that the seed protein components remarkbly changed:in Xiaoyan6 and Suporear wheat varieties the new proteins such as 47KD,71KD and 90KD,85KD appeared,and the protein contents also increased about 22% and 31% compared with that of the control.On the other hand,in Chinese Spring wheat protein components 92KD,82KD disappeared,and the protein contents decreased slightly(6%).These variations can be stably passed onto the progenies.It is,therefore,suggected that the technology of direct exogenous gene transfer to plants may be a new approach for breeding and improving nutrient quality in wheat.
