摘要： 通过紫外线诱变育种等手段,选育出产量高、品质好的大木耳优良新品种“北京大木耳”。该品种鲜耳生物学效率达到66.23％～68.90％,高产者达到82.08％。在耳片的形态和解剖上,也有增大、增厚等变化。
