摘要： 根据北京市农业发展战略和农业科技发展现状提出农业科技发展战略目标,为建立起适应农业生产专业化、商品化、现代化的要求,并能充分体现首都特点的现代化的农业科技体系提出五大研究项目、十大课题.争取到本世纪未,京郊农业科学技术能达到70年代未和80年代初国外先进水平,部分技术领域,如生物技术、电子计算机在农业上的应用等现代化手段居于国内领先地位.

Abstract: A strategic target is herein proposed in accordance with the strategy of agricultu -ral science and technology and the present status of agricultural development in Beijing. Five key research projects and 10 key subjects are also suggested for the setup of an agiealtural science and technology system which meets the agricultural need for production specialization, commercialization, and moderniztion, as well as suits the characters of the capital. It is suggested that by the end of this century, the development of agricultural science and technology in Beijing reach the world adv a need level of the late 70 ' s or the early 80's, and that by that time, Beijing should be in a leading position in our country in certain technological areas, such as bio-technology, agricultural application of computers.
