加工番茄早疫病病原菌鉴定

Identification of the Pathogens of Processing Tomato Early Blight

摘要: 为明确引起加工番茄早疫病的病原菌种类.2013年6-9月,从内蒙古、宁夏和新疆等加工番茄主产区采集了加工番茄早疫病样本46份.采用组织分离法,获得2种真菌分离物,通过形态特征观察、致病性测定、rDNA-ITS序列测定及分析,确定2种真菌分离物分别为茄链格孢和链格孢,分离比例约为2:3.2种病原菌与GenBank 中已有的茄链格孢和链格孢序列相似性均达到100%,序列已在 GenBank上登录,登录号分别为KJ696551、KJ696552和KJ018786、KJ018787.因此,将内蒙古、宁夏和新疆等地的加工番茄早疫病菌鉴定为茄链格孢和链格孢,这是我国首次报道由2种链格孢菌复合侵染引起加工番茄早疫病.

Abstract: To clarify the pathogens of processing tomato early blight,46 samples of processing tomato early blight were collected from Inner mongolia,Ningxia and Xinjiang autonomous region during Jun.-Sep.2013.The pathogens were isolated from infected tissues,and their pathogenicities were confirmed.They were identified as Alternaria solani (Ell & Mart.) Sorauer and Alternaria alternate (Fr.) Keissler,with an isolated ratio of 2 : 3,based on morphological characters and molecular methods.The rDNA-ITS sequence data of the pathogenic fungi had been submitted to GenBank (GenBank accession number:KJ696551,KJ696552 and KJ018786,KJ018787).Therefore,it confirmed that the pathogens of processing tomato early blight from Inner mongolia,Ningxia and Xinjiang autonomous regions were A.solani and A.alternate,and this was the first report of early blight mixed infected by A.solani and A.alternate in China.
