摘要： 为鉴定类猪圆环病毒P1的转录本，采用地高辛标记的RNA探针，通过Northern Blot方法，对转染PK15细胞的类猪圆环病毒P1进行了RNA转录分析。结果表明，Northern杂交可检测到2个RNA转录本，包括正链上 ORF3 的 RNA 和负链上 ORF1 的 RNA。同时，ORF3 RNA表达时间比 ORF1 的短，且丰度也大大低于 ORF1 。类猪圆环病毒P1至少存在 ORF1和ORF3 2个转录本。

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to identify transcripts of porcine circovirus-like virus P1.In this work,the RNAs of porcine circovirus-like virus P1 synthesized in PK15 cells were characterized by Northern Blot analysis using the DIG-labeled riboprobes.The results showed two RNAs were detected.They included ORF3 RNA and ORF1 RNA.Meanwhile, ORF1 RNA had both more abundant and longer expression than those of ORF3 RNA.Northern Blot analysis indicated that at least two viral-specific RNAs were synthesized in P1.infected PK15 cells.
