摘要： 分别利用超薄等电聚焦电泳技术和田间小区种植技术鉴定杂交水稻种子纯度,比较两者的成本、速度和吻合程度。结果表明,用超薄等电聚焦电泳技术鉴定的种子纯度和大田种植鉴定的纯度完全吻合,而成本更低,速度更快,值得推广应用。

Abstract: Ultrathin-layer isoelectric focusing of seed proteins (UTLIEF) and grow-out test were used to test the geneticpurity of hybrid rice seeds. The results showed that genet ic purity determined by UTLIEF was the same as that of grow-out test and UTLIEF cost less money and fewer hours than grow-out test.
