涝峪苔草种子快速催芽方法的研究

Study on the Speediness Burgeon Method of Carex giraldiana Seed

摘要: 为了找到快速打破涝峪苔草种子休眠的方法。研究采用H2SO4(浓)、HCl、NaOH、水浸处理和层积处理对涝峪苔草种子催芽。结果表明,20%H2SO4(浓)浸种20~30 min,发芽率可达69%~74%;用10%~20%的HCl浸种20~30min,发芽率在42%~51%之间;25%的NaOH浸种20~30 min,发芽率可达40%;以30℃的水温,浸水时间以3 d为宜,发芽率可达56%~68%;层积处理70 d为宜,涝峪苔草种子发芽率可达88%以上,是一种安全、有效的涝峪苔草种子催芽方法。

Abstract: In order to find the method of speediness burgeon of Carex giraldiana seeds. The seeds of Carex giral??diana were dipped in H2SO4 solution, HCl solution and NaOH solut ion, seedsoaking,depositing under damp and low??temperature conditions. The results showed that the method of dipping the seed in H2SO4 solution of 20% concentration for 20- 30 min could increase the rate of germinat ion up to 69% for 74%; dipping in HCl solution of 10% - 20% concentration for 20- 30 min could increase the rate of germinat ion up to 42% for 51% and the method of dipping in NaOH of 25% concentration for 20- 30 min could make a rate of 40%; While dipping in H2O of 30 ℃for 30 d would make a rate of 56%- 68%. But the last method of low??temperature deposit ing for 70 d could make a rate of 88% or above, so it is a secure and effective burgeon method to Carex giraldiana seeds.
