摘要: 采用气相色谱仪对我国不同产区白肋烟及四川省不同白肋烟品种调制后烟叶的生物碱组成和含量、烟碱转化株和烟碱转化率进行了测定分析。结果表明,四川白肋烟烟碱转化率显著高于其他产区,四川主栽品种宣汉-5存在严重的烟碱转化问题,其中种植面积较大的窄叶类型的转化株率高达96.0%,平均烟碱转化率为34.8%。达白1号烟碱转化问题相对较小,3个地点的转化株率分别为18.0%,18.0%和52.0%,平均烟碱转化率分别为3.5%,3.1%和14.3%,在经过改良后,有较高利用价值。鄂烟1号和TN90群体中也不同程度存在转化株。新配制的杂交种达白3号和达所24烟碱转化问题突出,转化株率达100%,需要进行系统选择和改良。同一品种在不同地点烟碱转化表现出差异性。

Abstract: Gas chromatography was used to analyze the alkaloid composition and content of air-cured burley leaves from different areas and varieties; the proportion of converters and the conversion rate were calculated. The results indicat- ed that the nicotine conversion level in Sichuan burley tobacco was significantly higher than that in other producing ar- eas. The leading variety Xuanhan-5had serious problem of nicotine conversion,especially for the narrow-leaf type which is currently the most popular variety,with the proportion of converters of 96% and the average conversion rate of 34. 8%. The broad leaf type Xuanhan- 5 also had high conversion levels. Hybrid Dabai had relatively less problem of nicotine conversion, the proportion of converters in 3 locations being 18. 0%, 18. 0% and 52. 0%,respectively, and the average conversion rate being 3. 5%,3. 1%and 14. 3%,which can be used after screening and improvement. In the population of Eyan 1 and TN90,some converterswere also found at different levels. The newly developed hybrids Dabai 3 and Dasuo 24 had serious problems of nicotine conversion,with a converter proportion of 100%, thus the systemic selections and im- provementswere required. The variation of nicotine conversion was found in different locations for the same variety.
