不同密度对天然牧草青贮料品质的影响

Influence of Different Compactions on the Quality of Native Grass Silage

摘要: 为确定天然牧草青贮的最适宜密度,以锡林郭勒盟典型草原牧草为青贮原料,在青贮其他条件一致的情况下,试验就青贮密度设计了4个处理(200,250,300,400 kg/m3),通过比较不同处理天然牧草青贮料之间的感官指标、常规营养成分及有机酸的组成成分含量,综合评定每个处理天然牧草青贮料的品质。结果表明:综合评定4种处理的感官指标以散草密度300 kg/m3的青贮效果相对较好;从营养成分分析看,密度300 kg/m3在青贮后粗蛋白、无氮浸出物和TDN含量在干物质中的含量相对较高,保存较好;从有机酸的角度综合评价,得出密度为300 kg/m3时较有利于天然牧草的发酵。从感官品质、常规营养成分含量和有机酸组成综合评定,天然牧草青贮的最佳密度应选在300kg/m3左右。

Abstract: The purposes were to determine the suitable density of native grass in silage.The effect of 4 different densities(200,250,300,400 kg/m3)on the quality of native grass silage in typical steppe of Xilinguole was studied.Sensory indicators,contents of nutrients and organic acid were determined.The results indicated when native grass density was 300 kg/m3,the sensory indicators,contents of crude protein,nitrogen-free extract,the total digestible nutrition(TDN)and organic acid content were higher than other densities,and 300 kg/m3 was beneficial to native grass fermentation.Therefore,the optimum density of native grass silage was 300 kg/m3.
