对金龟子幼虫有杀虫活性的苏云金杆菌HBF-1菌株发酵培养基优选

Optimization of Medium for Bacil lus thuringiensis HBF- 1 with Insecticidal Activity to Scarabaeoidae Larva

摘要: 通过正交试验优选出对金龟子幼虫有杀虫活性的苏云金杆菌HBF1菌株的发酵培养基组合为:氮源B44%,淀粉12%,酵母粉0.5%,KH2PO40.04%,MgSO40.05%。用此配方进行摇瓶发酵,发酵液的平均菌数可达到44亿/mL,晶体产生量为21130mg/mL,发酵液稀释50倍对铜绿丽金龟幼虫进行生测,14d平均死亡率达到783%。

Abstract: Through orthogone experiment,the opt imal medium was obtained for Bacil lus thur inginesisHBF-1 with insect icidal act ivity to scarabaeoidae larva. The medium contained 4value4% nitrogen B,1value2% starch,0value5% yeast power,0value04% KH2PO4,0value05% MgSO4valueFermentation was done with this medium in shakingflask. Result s show ed that the number of cells was 44 value 108cfu/ mL,and the produce of crystal was 2value1130 mg/mL. The mortality of A nomala corp ulenta larv a t reated with 50-fold of HBF- 1 fermented liquid was 78value3%on the 14th day of t reatment.
