摘要： 用香菇L867与Cr04两品种单核菌丝体配对杂交，培育出L934;用香菇L33与Cr04两品种单核菌丝体配对杂交，培育出L937.拮抗实验和酯酶同工酶实验完全证实它们与杂交亲本的不同，从而确认L934和L937为两个各自独立的香菇新品种。

Abstract: The new varieties of L'entinus edodes一L934 and L937 derived from the pairhybridization of the.monokaryotic mycelia from L867 and Cr04, and from L33 and Cryrespectively. Results from antagonism and esterase isozyme tests fully verified the differencesbetween them and their conresponding parents, and thus confirmed that L934 and L934 weretwo new and independant varieties of Lentinus edodes.
