摘要: 棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂在京津地区每年发生7代,其中5代发生在棉田。以棉铃虫2、3代寄生率最高。田间出现三次寄生高峰,分别在6月中下旬,7月中下旬和8月上中旬。寄生率在33.3-66.7%之间。与棉铃虫危害棉花的关键期相吻合。各虫态历期受温度影响较大,低温能延长茧的羽化期和成虫寿命。该蜂羽化当日即可交尾产卵。羽化后2-3天为产卵盛期。雌蜂一生只交尾一次,雄蜂多次。单雌平均产子7-9.4头,最多19-21头。产子多少与蜂的寿命、寄主龄期及密度大小关系密切,对温度要求不太严格。在20-27℃范围内均能保持正常繁殖能力。雌雄性比在自然界中接近1:1,但孤雌生殖所产子代均为雄性。而交配后接虫繁殖子代雌性较多,所以室内接种繁殖子代性比差异较大。葫芦夜蛾的幼虫为齿唇姬蜂的中间寄主,寄生率比棉铃虫高。9月上旬仍达90%,是很好的繁蜂寄主。
Abstract: Campoletis chlorideae Uchida in the Beijing and Tianjin areas has seven generations every year.Five of them occur in the cotton field.The parasitic proportion in the second and third generations of Heliothis armigera is the highest,being 33.3-66.7%,In the field there are three heights of parasitism separately.The first height is during the second and last ten days of June,the second-during the second and last ten days of July and the third-during the first and second ten days of August.The heights of parasitism coincide with the Key period when the Heliothis armigera harms the cotton.Temperature exerts tremendous influence on every metamorphosis period of Campoletis chlorideae Uchida.Low temperature can prolong the emergence period of cocoon and the life of imago.Campoletis chlorideae Uchida can mate and oviposit on the same day as it emerges.But the two or three days after its emergence are the vigorous period of oviposition.Female mates only once in its life,but male mates many times.One female can lay 7-9.4 eggs on the average,19-21 eggs at most,The amount of eggs is relative to the length of its life,its stadium and the density of its host,but it is little affected by temperature.They can oviposit regularly under the temperature of 20-27℃.The number of males and females in the nature is in a ratio of about 1:1.But this kind of insect has the characteristic of parthenogenesis so that the coming generation consists of males.Therefore,if they are inoculated indoors,the ratio of sex distinction of their coming generation is far different from 1: 1.Among their progenies generated through mating the females are more than the males.The larva of Plusia peponis(Fabricius)is the intermediate host of Campoletis chlorideae Uchida.Parasitic rate in it is higher than that in Heliothis armigera.It reaches 90 % in the first ten days of September.So Plusia peponis(Fabricius)is a good host for generating Campoletis chlorideae Uchida.
