仿生杀虫剂双硫沙防治水稻害虫试验研究

摘要: 双硫沙属于新型结构的杀虫剂。通过三年室内和田间试验结果、亩用有效成分50克,防治水稻二化螟,三化螟效果与巴丹、杀虫环、杀虫磺、杀虫双在同一水平上,田间施药1-2次可控制螟害,残效期可维持7-14天。双硫沙属神经毒剂,对水稻螟虫表现一种特殊的中毒症状及毒杀机制,对高等动物属中等毒性。其特殊的毒杀机制,使双硫沙成为很有希望的克服水稻害虫抗药性的杀虫剂。

Abstract: Neteistoxin oxalate belongs to a new type of insectcide.Based on the results of three years in laboratory and field experiments,it was found that nereistoxin oxalate is a very effective insecticide,especially against rice striped borer(Chilo Suppressalis)and Yellow Stem borer(Tryporyza incertulas).The efficacy of this insecticide,used at the rate of effective ingredient 0.75 kg/ha,is equivalent to carlap,Evisect,dimebypo and bancol,and the mechenism of action is the same.Nereistoxin oxalate is a promising compound to control rice pests which are resistant to oragnochlorine,organophosphorus and carbamate insectcides.
