施用不同配比蚯蚓粪对海南耕地砖红壤肥力特性的影响

Effects of Vermicompost at Different Application Rates on the Fertility of Tropical Latosol in Hainan

摘要: 为研究蚯蚓粪对砖红壤的培肥和改良效果,采用海南耕地砖红壤为材料进行室内培养试验,按照蚯蚓粪与干土的质量比分别设置为CK(0)、V1(1:11)、V2(1:5)、V3(1:3)和V4(1:2),共5个处理,培养52 d后,分别测定各处理土壤的pH值、全氮、全磷、全钾、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾、有效钠、有效镁和有效钙的含量。结果表明,砖红壤pH值提高0.77~1.64个单位;全磷、全钾、碱解氮和速效磷含量均随蚯蚓粪添加量的增加显著提高(P < 0.05),其中全磷和全钾较CK分别增加0.88~3.22倍和1.67~2.65倍,碱解氮和速效磷含量的最大增加量分别为1.66和10.7倍。V1处理土壤全氮和有效钠含量低于CK,随蚯蚓粪添加量的增多,V4处理土壤全氮和有效钠含量较CK分别增加3.43倍和66.19%;V1和V2处理速效钾含量低于CK,V3和V4处理分别高于CK 6.9%和14.9%;但蚯蚓粪添加量对土壤有效镁含量的影响差异不显著。因此,蚯蚓粪作为有机肥料施入砖红壤,可以提高砖红壤pH,砖红壤全态和有效养分含量随添加量的提高而增加,对于砖红壤地区培肥地力和改良土壤具有重要的实用价值。

Abstract: To explore the effects of vermicompost on latosol fertility improvement and amelioration,tropical latosol in Hainan was used to conduct the laboratory incubation experiment.The experiment included 5 treatments,CK(no vermicompost was applied),V1(vermicompost and soil mass ratio=1:11),V2(1:5),V3(1:3),and V4(1:2),to determine pH values and nutrient contents after 52 days.The results showed that soil pH increased by 0.77-1.64 units.TP,TK,available N,P contents increased significantly with the increasing ratio of vermicompost.Compared with the control treatment,TP and TK contents increased by 0.88-3.22 and 1.67-2.65 times,respectively.The maximum contents of available N,P were 1.66,10.7 times higher than that in the control treatment.Soil TN and available Na contents in V1 treatment weren't significantly different from the control, but the contents in V4 were 3.43 times and 66.19% higher than the control. Soil available K contents in V1 and V2 treatments were lower than the control,but the contents in V3 and V4 treatments were 6.9% and 14.9% higher than the control.Soil available Mg contents in treatments with different vermicompost application ratio were not significantly different.Therefore,vermicompost could be used as organic fertilizers to improve latosol pH and nutrient contents.Vermicompost has an important practical value for latosol fertility enrichment and quality improvement.
