亳州烟区烟叶质量特点分析与风格特色定位

Orientation of Style and Quality Characteristics of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves of Bozhou

摘要: 为明确亳州烟叶质量风格特色,对亳州4个不同区域103个烟叶样品进行了常规化学分析和感官质量评价.结果表明:亳州烟叶主体为浓香型风格特征,香韵表现以干草香、正甜香为主,以木香、焦香香韵为辅.将亳州烟叶按照香气尚足、杂气较轻;香气有、杂气稍显;香气较弱、杂气较重3个级别进行划分,2014年样品各档次比例分别为42.8%,36.8%,21.4%,总体可用性较2013年有所提升.整体质量中等水平,并且存在香气偏弱、杂气稍显、燃烧性稍差等问题.亳州烟区下部叶糖碱比偏高,中上部叶氮碱比偏低;烟叶钾含量偏低,氯含量偏高,钾氯比偏低.因此,提钾降氯将是进一步提高亳州烟叶质量,突出烟叶风格特点的重要任务之一.

Abstract: Chemical analysis and smoking quality of 103 leaf samples from four different areas of Bozhou was carried out to investigate style and characteristics.Results showed that burnt-sweetness type was the main style characteristic of the tobacco leaves in Bozhou.Hay incense and sweet aroma and burnt aroma were the dominating note,and elecampane and burnt aroma were the subsidiary note.The quality characteristics of tobacco leaves in Bozhou could be divided into three levels,including sufficient aroma with little offensive odor,moderate aroma with moderate offensive odor.The proportion of tobacco leaves harvested in 2014 in these three levels was 42.8%,36.8% and 21.4%,respectively, which was better than 2013.Therefore,the entire quality of Bozhou tobacco leaves was in the medium level.The main weakness of Bozhou tobacco leaves was less aroma,plenty of offensive odor,and poor inflammability.Moreover,high sugar/nicotine ratio in the lower leaves,low nitrogen/nicotine ratio in the upper leaves,and low potassium content while high chloride content were also the main problems of Bozhou tobacco leaves.Therefore,how to increase the content of potassium and reduce chloride will be crucial to improve the quality of bozhou tobacco leaves.
