弱光下不同贮藏温度对黄瓜穴盘秧苗质量的影响

The Effect of Different Storage Temperature on Quality of Cucumber Plug Seedling under Low Light Stress

摘要: 以中农16号黄瓜为试材,在弱光光照强度为30 μmol⁄(m2·s)条件下,研究不同贮藏温度对黄瓜秧苗主要形态及生理指标的影响,温度设定分别为1℃⁄12℃(昼⁄夜,下同)、12℃⁄9℃,光周期为13 h⁄11 h,处理时间为19 d.另外以温室条件(2℃⁄1℃)作为对照用以评判低温下贮藏秧苗的质量,温室平均温度为2℃⁄1℃,白天平均光照强度为200μ.mol⁄(m2·s),光周期为13 h⁄11 h.结果表明,在贮藏过程中12℃⁄9℃处理的黄瓜秧苗的干质量增幅小,根冠比变化平缓,根系活力变化较其他两个处理有延后的趋势,叶绿素含量一直高于1℃⁄12℃处理.当秧苗定植到大田后,12℃⁄9℃处理较1℃⁄12℃处理生长速度快,成活率高,开花时间早.因此,在30 μmoL⁄(m2·s)弱光条件下,12℃⁄9℃处理更适宜黄瓜穴盘秧苗的贮藏.

Abstract: In this experiment,we studied the growth and physiological changes of cucumber seedlings by different storage temperatures(15℃/1 ℃,12℃/9℃)under low light stress,and greenhouse condition was set as the control. rhe result showed that the cucumber seedlings treated under 12℃/9℃ had less increase in dry weight.the ratio of root/shoot changed slowly,root activity had the d of delay than the other two treatments,and chlorophyll content was higher than that treated under 15℃ /12.C.When the seedlings were transplanted to the field.the plantlets treated under 12.C/9℃had faster growth.higher survival rate and earlier flowering time The current study indicated that the optimal storage temperature for the cucumber seedlings was 120C/9.C.
