摘要/Abstract

摘要： 将类胰岛素生长因子1(IGF-1)作为研究泰和丝羽乌骨鸡体重的候选基因,以江西省泰和乌鸡原种场的12周龄鸡为试验材料,根据鸡IGF-1基因序列设计引物,采用PCR-SSCP和PCR-RFLP方法进行基因型分析,探讨IGF-1基因多态性与泰和乌鸡体重之间的关系。在IGF-1基因第一外显子上发现一处突变,这个突变产生2种基因型(AA和AB),结果表明,泰和乌鸡体重在不同基因型之间均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。AB基因型12周龄体重显著高于AA基因型个体(P<0.05);IGF-1基因5'端进行PCR-RFLP分析,利用PstI酶切得到3种基因型,经统计分析与泰和乌鸡12周龄体重差异不显著。

Abstract: "Taihe silky fowl was used in this research to investigate the effect of IGF-1 as a candidate gene on chicken growth traits.primers for IGF-1was designed according to the database of chicken genomic sequence.PCR-SSCP and PCR-RFLP were used to detect the genotypes in order to discuss the relationship between genotypes and growth traits.One mutation was found in the exon 1 of IGF-1.The statistic results showed that 12 W body weight were significant different(P0.05)between different genotypes.AB genotype birds has significant higher(P 0.05)body weight on 12 W than AA genotype.Genetic variation of the 5' region of the IGF-1gene were detected by PCR-RELP,Three genotypes CC,CD and DD were identified after the PCR products were cut by Pst I restriction enzyme,the statistic results showed that 12 W body weight were not significant different between different genotypes"
