Using the Outcome with SYP-Z048 Synergistic Mixture of Thiram Evaluate Influencing Factors of Wadley

摘要: 利用实验室通过菌丝速率生长法测得的对啶菌噁唑敏感(EC50平均为0.094 03μg/mL)与抗性灰霉病菌株(EC50平均为2.664 1μg/mL)进行复配组合试验。Wadley方法是评价杀菌剂混剂具有增效作用与否经常采用的方法, 对我国杀菌剂复配生产和应用具有重要指导作用。本研究从其增效系数与不同菌株、不同测定方法、药剂复配组合比例及EC50的相关性, 来评价Wadley方法的影响因子。

Abstract: Through the use of mycelial growth rate, the laboratory has measured sensitive Botrytis cinerea(EC50 average 0. 094 03 μg/mL) and resistance Botrytis cinerea strains(EC50 average 2.664 1 μg/mL) to SYP-Z048 for the test of Fungicide mixtures. Wadley are often used to evaluate the role of mixture with the efficiency, Which has the important role in fungicide mixture of China's production and application of the guidance. This article from the efficiency coefficient with different strains, different measured methods, the pharmaceutical mixtured and EC50 to explain the relevance, to evaluate the influencing factors of the Wadley.
