摘要: 在外生菌根研究中,外生菌根真菌遗传多样性是近几年研究的热点之一。随着新技术的应用,特别是分子标记的引入使得外生菌根真菌遗传多样性研究飞速发展。文章就分子标记在外生菌根真菌遗传多样性中的运用作了综述,为以后相关研究提供帮助。

关键词: 分子标记, 外生菌根真菌, 遗传多样性

Abstract: The study of ectomycorrhizal fungal genetic diversity is one of hotspots in ectomycorrhizal study.With the is havin use of new technique, especially the use of molecular marker, ectomycorrhizal fungal geneticg a great development.paper summanzes use of molecularctomy corrhizal fungal genetic diversity, and provides some the helps for latter correlative marker in the study.
