摘要: 精子因在授精中的独特作用而被认为是携带外源DNA的理想载体。以精子作为载体制备转基因动物技术以其操作简单、成本低廉、便于大量筛选等优点受到人们的高度重视。文章主要介绍了精子介导基因转移制备转基因动物的基本原理、发展过程、最新研究进展及目前存在的问题。

Abstract: Due to sperm has special function which has been thoutht as ideal vector as transducing foreign DNA.The scientists pay much attention to the Sperm Mediated Gene Transfer (SMGT)because SMGT offers an efficient, simple and inexpensive method. This review is a brief summary of basic principal, the development progress, the recent research advance and some problems of SMGT.
