摘要： 可持续发展是当今人类共同关注的重要问题之一，而奈曼旗白音昌乡是一个农牧业为主的生态经济复合系统。文章应用系统分析方法，对奈曼旗白音昌乡的生态经济及生态、经济、社会效益进行了综合分析，根据实际情况设计出了生态农业发展模式。

Abstract: Sustainable development is one of the important topic in world to day.There is a complex system which is Economy on Ecology in Baiyinchang village of Naiman county,Where the agricultural and animal husbandry is priority.In this paper,Economy on Ecology and three kinds of benefit that are cology,Economy and society were analyzed with comprehensive way,a developing mode on eco-agriculture was designed with circumstance.
