日光温室低温寡照逆境对黄瓜内源激素水平的影响

摘要: 在日光温室内,以长春密刺,农大14,和津杂2号黄瓜为材料,进行了冬、春季日光温室生态环境对黄瓜内源激素水平影响的比较研究。结果表明,冬季日光温室黄瓜根系伤流液中GA3含量较春季相比大量减少,ABA含量增加,果实内ABA/GA3的比值提高,增强了黄瓜植株的抗寒能力。施用外源激素,可以使黄瓜植株各器官光合产物比例顺序发生改变,黄瓜单瓜重增加。

Abstract: The study was carried out on endogenous hormone leves in winter and spring of solar greenhouse. The results showed that quantity of IAA and GA3 in roots of cucumber in winter solar greenhouse was remarkably lower than in spring,and increased quantity of ABA,raised ABA/GA3 value. Therefor,resistance cold of cucumber was improved. Photosynthetic production contribu-tion was changed by using exogenous hormone.
