生长调节剂促进桃实生树提早成花的研究

Study on the Advanced Blooming of Peach Seedlings Treated by Plant Growth Regulators

摘要: 为了解植物生长调节剂对桃实生树成花的影响,我们于桃树花芽分化期,选择苯脲类细胞分裂素(KT30)、苄氨基嘌呤(BA)、玉米素(ZT)、多效唑(PP333)、乙烯利(ETH)、矮壮素(CCC)、烯效唑(Uni)、亚精胺8种植物生长调节剂,采用喷雾和点芽的方法,对2年生久保桃自然杂交实生树进行处理。结果表明,苯脲类细胞分裂素1mg/kg喷雾2次、多效唑1 000mg/kg点芽2次、多效唑2 000mg/kg喷雾1次和点芽2次、乙烯利500mg/kg喷雾2次、乙烯利1 000mg/kg点芽1次、烯效唑125mg/kg喷雾2次、烯效唑250mg/kg喷雾2次药剂处理对桃实生树的始花节位有显著的降低作用;苯脲类细胞分裂素1mg/kg喷雾2次、多效唑1 000mg/kg喷雾2次、多效唑2 000mg/kg喷雾1次、烯效唑125mg/kg点芽1次、乙烯利1 000mg/kg点芽2次等处理对二次枝诱导成花的效果明显。

Abstract: In order to study the flower bud differentiation of seedlings of peach,the twoyear-old seedlings of Prunus persica cv.Okubo were treated by some pieces of plant hormones by spraying or immersing buds on flower bud stage,the results showed that these treatments,KT30 spraying at 1mg/kg two times,PP333 immersing buds at 1000(mg/kg) two times,PP333 spraying at 2000mg/kg one time,PP333 immersing buds at 2000mg/kg two times,Eth spraying at(500mg/kg) two times,Eth immersing buds at 1000mg/kg one time,S3307 spraying at 125mg/kg two times,S3307 spraying at 250mg/kg two times have a significantly efficiency in declining the nodes of the earliest blooming buds,and these treatments,KT30 spraying at 1mg/kg two times,PP333 immersing buds at 1000mg/kg two times,PP333 spraying at 2 000mg/kg one time,Eth immersing buds at 1000mg/kg two times,S3307 immersing buds at 125mg/kg one time have remarkable efficiency on Flowering induction in second degree branches.
