广增素对甜玉米的化学调控效应

摘要: 幼苗试验与田间试验均证明,使用主要由脲类细胞分裂素尿囊素配制而成的广增素750mg·L-1进行叶面喷施,可使甜玉米根数、根长、根重、株高、茎径、叶面积、叶比重都显著增加,叶绿素总量和伤流量也明显提高。GZS在加强甜玉米壮苗培育的基础上,进而促进生殖生长,提早开花、结实和成熟,并使产量增加20%以上。

关键词: 甜玉米, 广增素, 尿囊素, 化学调控

Abstract: Both seedling experiment and farm experiment showed that to spray sweet maize leaves with 750 mg·L - 1 GZS composed mainly of allantoin (a kind of cytokinins of urea derivatives) could obviously increase root number?root length?root weight?plant height?stem diameter?leaf area and leaf spesific gravity.At the same time,the chlorophill content and bleeding fluid were increased.On the basis of cultivating strong seedlings GZS also promoted the reproduction that the blossom and maturity were earlier than control and the yield had increased by 20% and more.
