摘要: 1997~1999年,通过巴盟5个旗(县)、20个乡、社的调查和1601份采集标样的室内病原菌分离、鉴定,结果表明:巴盟地区小麦根病的主要病原菌为全蚀病菌,其分离频率最高为59%;次要病原菌有黄色镰刀菌,禾谷镰刀菌,麦根腐德氏霉,丝核菌,交链孢菌等7种病原菌。全蚀病在5个旗(县)均有不同程度的分布、发生数量约占根病的80%~90%。

Abstract: The 1601 samples of wheat root disease from 20 villages of 5 counties,Bameng in Inner Mongolia were collected and wheat root disease in the field of these counties was visually investigated during the years oF1997-1999.The results of pathogenic culture,isolation and determination indicated that the pathogenic fungus species of the wheat root disease were Gaeumannomyces graminis var.tritici, Fusarium culmorum,F.graminearum,Drechslera sorokiniana,Rhizoctonia sp.and Alternaria sp.The results of investigation showed that Take all caused by Gaeumon nomyces graminis var.tritici distributed over all 5 Counties.The proportion of Take all to all root disease was 80%-90%.
