摘要: 采用含高浓度(1.0—1.5mg/L)细胞分裂素的MS培养基对芦笋茎尖、茎段进行离体培养诱导丛生苗,其结果改变了丛生苗的产生途径,缩短了分化时间,提高了增殖倍数,是快速繁殖芦笋苗的有效方法.

Abstract: By using MS culture medium containing high concentration of cytokinin (1. 0-1. 5 mg/L ) to culture in vitro and induce thick growing plantlets from the shoot tips and the stem segments of Asparagus officinalis we have changed the way of producing thick growing plantlets, shortened the time of differentiation, and raised the proliferation multiple of Aspar agus of ficinalis. It is the available way to qujckly propagate the seedling of Asparagus of ficinalis.
