摘要： 本文对已建的一个中型灌区工程效益进行了全面的、系统的分析,收集了排水改碱和灌溉工程三十三年来实际投资和效益材料,采用了静态和动态两种分析方法,不仅看出了忻定盆地治碱的潜力大、成本低、效益高,而且其方法也可供同类工程进行经济分析时参考.

Abstract: In this report Abstract an overall and systematic analysis is made on the profit out of a middle-scale irrigation project which has been completed.Data are collected for the actural investment and profit of the project for drainge, lrrigation,and harnessing saline-alkali soil during the past 33 years,and steady and dynamic analytical methods are used.These data shows high profit,low costs and great potential for harnessing saline-alkali soil in Xinding Basin and the adopted method may have some value of reference in the economic analysis on similar projects.
