摘要： 采用RT-PCR方法对大白猪的RXRβ基因在1,90,180,270和360日龄的心、肝、胃、脾、肾、肺、大肠、小肠、肌肉、子宫、卵巢共11个组织的表达情况进行了研究。结果表明,RXRβmRNA在大白猪的脾脏、子宫和卵巢中持续表达,1日龄时表达的组织最多且表达水平较高,但该基因在所检的11个组织中存在明显的时间和空间变化。

Abstract: Expression level of RXR?? gene in large white pig heart, liver, stomach, spleen, kidney, lung, large intes??tine, small intest ine, muscle, uterus and ovary on 1, 90, 180, 270 and 360 d were studied by RT??PCR method.The result showed that RXR??mRNA was continue expressed in spleen, uterus and ovary, it was broad and higher expressed in tissueson 1 d, but it existed obviously temporal and spacial changed in eleven detected tissues.
