黄瓜感染黑星病菌后的生理变化及抗病性的产生

Physiological Changes of Cucumber after Being Infected by Clasosporium cucumerium and Production of Disease Resistance

摘要: 对抗性不同黄瓜品种接种前后与抗性有关的酶活性、木质素含量、酚类物质含量进行测定,结果表明:接种前各品种的POD,PPO,PAL活性、木质素及酚类物质含量与品种的抗病性之间无相关性,接种后则与品种抗病性密切相关.抗病品种PAL活性峰在接种后2 h出现,POD和PPO活性峰在接种后8~72 h出现,酶活性提高幅度大;感病品种酶活性峰则在接种后72~96 h出现,提高幅度小于抗病品种.抗病品种木质素含量的最大值出现在接种后2 h,较未接种对照提高幅度大;感病品种木质素含量的最大值出现在接种后96 h,较对照提高幅度小于抗病品种.接种后抗病品种比感病品种合成更多的酚类物质,而且酚类物质含量的变化与POD、PPO活性变化之间呈负相关性.

Abstract: Cucumber varieties with different disease resistance were inoculated by conidia of Cladosporium cucumerinum.The activity of peroxidase (POD), polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and phenylalanine ammonialyase (PAL), content of lignin, total phenol were investigated before and after inoculation. The results indicated that: no relationships were found between disease resistance with the enzyme activity, lignin content, total phenol content before inoculation; Variations of enzyme activity of POD, PPO and PAL were closely related to disease resistance of cucumber after inoculation. Enzyme activity of resistant variety increased earlier and much more intensively than that of the susceptible one. Variation of lignin content after inoculation was closely related with disease resistance of cucumber. In resistant variety, the maximum value of lignin content was appeared in 24 h after inoculation, whereas it appeared in 96 h after inoculation in susceptible one. More total phenol was produced in resistant variety than that of susceptible one after inoculation. Negative relationship was found between changes of total phenol content and changes of POD and PPO activity.
