摘要: 在1983—1985年间研究了山西省主要谷子品种(系)与山西省粟瘟病菌之间的相互作用.与分生理小种鉴定方法对比得出:在谷子抗瘟品种的筛选上,应用生物间遗传学的原理和方法,能更全面、细致和客观地反映实际情况.同时将山西省谷子主要产区划分为东山区、西山区和高寒区三个生态区域,分别测定了各生态区内主要谷子品种(系)的抗瘟性,为谷子品种的合理布局、抗病亲本的搭配及防病抗病工作提供了可靠的材料和信息.

Abstract: A study on the interacion of 125 main millet varieties(strains) and 117 isolates of piricularia setariae based on the theory and method of interorganismal genetics was made from 1983 to 1985. It was found that this method of testing the cultivars with the population of pathogen approached move to the natural condition com-paried with the tranditional methnd by testing varietance with individual races respectively. Besides, we divided the region of main millet production into three ecological regions, namely the west ,eas t and north-cold mountianous regions according to the geography and meteorology of Shanxi, and studied the interaction of millet varieties and isolates of the pathogen with in each ecological regions. This work provided useful information for planning the deployment of millet cultivars in Shanxi province.
