摘要: 研究建立了新型保鲜剂1-甲基环丙烯的气相色谱顶空气检测方法。采用活性氧化铝填充柱(3 m×3 mm,30~60目)分离,配有氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),异丁烯外标定量。异丁烯和1-甲基环丙烯浓度与检测峰面积值呈良好的线性关系。方法简便、快速、准确。

Abstract: A method has been developed for determination of new fresh-keeping agent 1-methylcyclopropene by headspace gas Chromatography.The samples were separated by a glass packed-column(3 m × 3 mm;30-60 mesh:active alumina),a flame ionization detector(FID) and external standard quantification by isobutylene.The results showed that the peak area response has good linear relationship with isobutylene concentration and 1-methylcyclopropene concentration.The method is simple,rapid and precise.
