摘要: 利用FOSS1241型近红外谷物分析仪对100份黍稷籽粒原样进行光谱扫描,分别采用偏最小二乘法和改进偏最小二乘法两种定标方法,并对原始光谱分别进行不同的预处理,建立了黍稷籽粒淀粉定标模型。试验结果显示:对黍稷籽粒原样扫描的光谱采用偏最小二乘法进行定标,在标准正常化+趋势变化散射处理、采用一阶导数、每隔4点求导、每隔4点作平滑处理的光谱预处理下建立的模型较好。近红外透射光谱分析技术为定量检测黍稷籽粒淀粉总量提供了一种新方法。
