摘要: 为了明确黄绿绿僵菌的致病机理.通过扫描电子显微镜,观察了黄绿绿僵菌分生孢子在马铃薯瓢虫幼虫体表的侵染及穿透过程.结果表明,黄绿绿僵菌对马铃薯瓢虫的侵染要经历孢子的附着、萌发、入侵和菌丝的延伸与增殖等阶段;黄绿绿僵菌接种12 h后附着于虫体表面的分生孢子萌发,24 h后体积膨大并从一侧伸出芽管,之后逐渐生长成菌丝,沿体壁蔓延,若遇到合适的侵入部位,前端即产生附着胞向体壁穿透,并在体内繁殖,最终伸出虫体表面,使其布满白色菌丝.

Abstract: The infection and penetration process of Henosepilachna vigintioctomaculata by Metarhizium flavoiride was studied using scanning electron microscopy. It was found that the process had under gone spore attachment,germination,invasion and extension of hyphae and proliferation phases. The conidia of M. flavoiride attached to the cuticle of H. vigintioctomaculata larvae after 12 h,and the germ tubes were formerd after 24 h,and then gradually grew into a mycelium and spread along the body wall. When it came across a suitable location,front-end of mycelium produced appressoria to penetrate the body wall,and propagated in the body and eventually grew out the larvae to cover the larvae with white mycelium.
