低磷石灰性土壤加入四种作物秸秆土壤微生物量磷的变化特征

The Changes of Microbial Biomass P in Two Calcareous Soils with Low Available P Following Cooperating Four Crop Straws

摘要: 土壤微生物量磷变异很大,受多种因素的影响。采用室内培养试验的方法(25℃,培养90 d),研究有效磷含量比较低的石灰性土壤,加入小麦、玉米、大豆和棉花秸秆四种不同作物对土壤微生物量磷及其碳磷比的影响。结果表明:在氮素充足的条件下,土壤和秸秆磷素状况对土壤微生物量碳影响比较小,但显著地影响土壤微生物量磷,随碳源物质磷素含量和土壤有效磷含量的提高,土壤微生物量磷增加,微生物量碳磷比降低。在土壤有效磷含量比较低的条件下,土壤微生物磷素营养主要受制于秸秆含磷量及其分解进程,反之,土壤微生物磷素营养受秸秆的影响则比较小。

Abstract: Soil microbial biomass is of high variance depending on soil conditions.In this study, two calcareous soils with low available P were amended with wheat,maize, soybean and cotton crop straws,and then incubated at 25℃ for 90 days.The aim was to investigate the effects of straw amendment on soil microbial biomass P( Bp) and the ratio of microbial biomass C to P.The results showed that,under the condition of supplying enough N, two soils had similar microbial biomass C and not significantly affected by adding crop straws.However, soil microbial biomass P was different in the soils and significantly influenced by adding straws.Soil microbial biomass P increased with soil available P and P concentration in crop straws.In contrast, the ratio of microbial biomass C to P decreased.Phosphorus concentration of microbial biomass in the soil containing low available P was mainly affected by the P content in crop straws.But, in the soil with relatively high available P, phosphorus concentration of microbial biomass was not significantly affected by the P content in crop straws.
