长绿期金银木耐寒性与叶片组织结构的关系

Studies on Blade Tissue Structure and Its Relations to Cold Resistance of Lonicera maackii ′Changlvqi′

摘要: 为了研究长绿期金银木的叶片组织结构与耐寒性关系,在连续多年观测落叶时间,统计绿期天数的基础上,对长绿期金银木、金银木的叶片进行了解剖构造的观测与比较。结果发现:品种的耐寒性与叶片组织结构紧密度(CTR值)呈正相关,与海绵组织厚度的指数(SR值)呈负相关。单一组织的数量(如叶片总厚度、栅栏组织厚度或海绵组织厚度)往往会随样品所处生态条件和生理状态的不同而发生变化,而叶片组织结构的紧密度具有相对的稳定性。长绿金银木叶片角质层厚度与其耐寒性密切相关,反映了金银木品种耐寒性遗传上的差异。CTR、SR值及叶片角质层厚度都可作为耐寒性的鉴定指标。

Abstract: For studing on blade tissue structure and its relations to cold resistance of Lonicera maackii ′Changlvqi′,in continuing observing the time recording a fallen leaf for many years,on the basis counting the green scheduled timepredestination′s ,Have carried out observation and comparison analysing structure′s on the blade of Loniceramaackii Canglvqi′.Result is indicated :The anatomic structure of the leaves of Lonicera maackii Changlvqi′and Loniceramaackii waspositively related to cell tease ratio(CTR)-the thickness of palisade to the whole thickness of leaves.Conversely,thecold resistance was negatively related to the ratio of the thickness.The characteristics of cell structure in leaf tissue suggestedthe genetic differences of cold hardiness among Lonicera maackii ′Changlvqi′appeared relatively stable and couldbe a cold tolerance parameter.
