IRAP分子标记在茄子种质资源亲缘关系分析中的应用

摘要: 参考马铃薯和烟草的反转录转座子LTRs保守区域设计引物,对34份茄子材料进行PCR扩增,得到了多态性丰富的指纹图谱。聚类分析将34份茄子材料分为三大类群,表明IRAP分子标记适合于茄子种质资源的亲缘关系分析。

Abstract: Primers were designed based on LTR reserve region of retrotransposon in potato and tobacco. 34 variet ies of eggplant were used as experimental material for PCR amplificat ion, polymorpohic finger maps were obtained. 34 vari?? eties of eggplant were classified into 3 groups by Clustring analysis.The study showed that IRAP were suitable for genetic diversity analysis in eggplant.
