重组杆状病毒(AcMNPV-BmKIT-Chi)的杀虫活性和安全性初步研究

Study on Virulence to Larvae and Mammiferous Security of Recombinant Baculovirus (AcMNPV-BmKIT-Chi)

摘要: 苜蓿银蚊夜蛾核型多角体病毒作为新型生物杀虫剂已应用于农作物病虫害防治。对构建的重组杆状病毒(AcMNPV-BmKIT-Chi)进行了杀虫活性和生物安全性初步研究。结果显示,重组病毒和野生型病毒的LC50分别为7.5×102,3.3×104PIBs/mL,重组病毒比野生型病毒具有更好的杀虫活性;检测了该重组病毒和野生型病毒对小鼠的易感性,所试小鼠未见明显急性毒性反应,高剂量重组病毒灌胃小鼠的脾脏增大,小鼠胸腺、脾、肾组织切片未有异常,重组病毒对小鼠具有较高的生物安全性。

Abstract: AcMNPVs are specific insect pathogens used as selective biological insecticides on lepidopteran insects. In this paper, effectivity of virulence to larvae and security of recombinant baculovirus (AcMNPVBmKIT-Chi) to mouse were performed. Results suggested that the LC50 of recombinant baculoviruses and wild type baculoviruses were 7.5×102 and 3.3×104 PIBs/mL respectively. Recombinant baculoviruses were more virulent than wild type. Acute toxicity test and histologic section analysis showed that the alternation was not found when mice were fed with the two type of baculoviruses except the augmentation of splenic organs of the high dose group.
