摘要： 文章主要论述了宁波市鄞州区都市农业已初具雏形和在都市农业条件下加强农民技术素质教育的必要性，分析了宁波市鄞州区农民技术素质教育的现状与目前存在的问题，提出了面对都市农业农民技术素质教育应当把握的5个环节。

Abstract: Modern agriculture of Yinzhou in Ningbo has preliminary performed,and strengthening technique educational level of farmers is necessary.Based on the status and problems existed of the educational level of farmers in Yinzhou,the paper put up with 5 key measures to develop the technique educational level of farmers in modern agriculture.
